Preliminary Inspection
Prior to starting construction on your new basement, our team conducts a comprehensive inspection to confirm that your structure, grade, plumbing, mechanical systems, and clearance allowances meet all required codes. Additionally, our Design Consultants assess the costs associated with any specialty trades that may be required.
Review Your Design
Our design consultants will offer you up to three distinct design concepts for your basement renovation, complete with a 3D virtual tour. This tour allows you to visualize your new ceiling heights, lighting fixtures, and furniture arrangements, ensuring you find the perfect fit for your vision.
Project Construction
